Our Coffee

Every batch of Roast 001 is roasted small-batch and shipped within 48 hours of roasting. Because freshness is the product, we do not accept returns of opened or used coffee on grounds of personal taste preference.

That said, if something is genuinely wrong — damaged packaging, incorrect product, or a quality issue — we will make it right.


Cancellations

Cancellations will be accepted if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, write to us at:

Once an order is packed and in transit, it cannot be cancelled.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or contains a product you did not order, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order details and date of delivery

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photograph of the product and packaging (if applicable)


We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or a full refund, as applicable. Shipping charges for replacements will be borne by us.


Refund Process

Approved refunds are initiated within 3 business days of confirmation. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank's clearing cycle — typically 5–8 working days.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
