Where We Ship

We currently ship across India. All orders are dispatched from Guwahati, Assam or Gurgaon, Haryana


Dispatch Timeline

All coffee is roasted to order in small batches. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of roasting.

Orders placed Monday through Saturday are processed the same or next business day. Orders placed on Sunday are processed the following Monday.


Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Guwahati and Assam: 1–3 business days

  • Northeast India: 3–6 business days

  • Rest of India: 4–7 business days


These are estimates based on standard courier performance. Actual delivery may vary due to logistics conditions, local holidays, or events outside our control.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.


Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. If you do not receive a tracking update within 3 business days of placing your order, write to us at:

Delays and Non-Delivery

We use third-party courier partners and cannot directly control delivery timelines once a parcel is handed over. However, if your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before confirming your order.


Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives in a damaged or tampered condition, please photograph the packaging and product immediately and write to us at hello@hillwoodcoffee.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund after review.
